A new furnace for those cold northeast winters.	With the third trucks arrival, work began.	Servicemen Luke and Dan S. asses the situation. These men volunteered their time from 8:30-4:30 to get the job done.

Nancy Cavin has been a customer of Daley Oil since 1985. She’s had some ups and downs that Daley has seen her through including divorce and stage III cancer. Not being able to afford oil to heat her home, Daley made sure she was warm after each chemo treatment with anonymous donations.

Living paycheck to paycheck, she was at wits end when the roof over her head started to leak and then her furnace started to smoke and spark, just when the northeast temperatures started to drop. After inspection, Daley serviceman, Luke, had to break the bad news to Nancy, whom was on the roof making repairs, that she needed a new furnace. Luke went back to the office and told the story of a sick 50-something-year-old woman trying to fix her own roof with a broken furnace. Steve from Daley called Nancy right away to come in to explain the Oil Heat Cares program to her. Dropping to her knees in prayerful gratitude, she thought she had as good a chance of winning the lottery.

Three weeks later, an angel called her from Daley to let her know that she needed to pick a date for installation of her new furnace. In Nancy’s own words “A miracle has happened”. And that, is what Oil Heat Cares is all about.
