Greater Seacoast Chapter Project 1


Rosemarie Bartchak, Boyertown Furnace goes over the installation instructions for the Solaia Cast Iron unit with Scott Cammett, W.S.	Out with the old and in with the new. It takes teamwork to get the job done in record time. After breakfast the guys started the job and were done by 3:00 p.m.	Another satisfied group of Oil Heat Cares workers.

Oil Heat Cares can work magic. It shows our neighbors we care; it improves the comfort of those that benefit from a project, gets friends together and sometimes provides an added benefit. The Greater Seacoast Chapter proves this point. Member, Doug Lamprey knew of a home for battered women that needed a new heating system. It just so happened to be that the shelter was heated with gas.

With this project, Rosemarie Bartchak, Boyertown Furnace Company came to the rescue. Not only did she donate a new Solaia Cast Iron boiler but she along with her husband delivered it to W.S. Clark & Sons. A special thanks to Riello Burners for donating the F-5 burner.

Many people made this project possible - Peabody Supply donated the oil tank, Sid Harvey and API donated needed supplies and the team of experts, Rick Christofore, Cardinal & Glidden, Mike Breckon, API, Mike Finney, Heating Specialties, Steve Vachon & Doug Lamprey, Lamprey Brothers and Skip Clark & Scott Cammett of W.S. Clark & Sons installed the new oil equipment.
