Carl Mellinger and Andrew Odell, Burnham Boiler take a break after installing the new boiler for Ms. Giberson.	Sometimes heating appliances are installed in some unique locations. This attached “boiler room” needed some modifications prior to the new boiler being installed. The new roof will keep the boiler dry.	What an improvement! Due to the damp conditions, Carl choice a cast iron boiler for this job.

Carl Mellinger, B.G. Mellinger & Son, spearheaded this project. Ilene Giberson of Pequea, PA had a serious problem with her boiler and a more serious problem with her “boiler room”. Burnham Boiler came to the rescue with a brand new boiler and that allowed funds to be used to repair the roof of the “boiler room”.

Prior to having the boiler replaced, Ms. Giberson heated the home with electric spot heaters. Thanks to Oil Heat Cares, she now has a safe boiler that will keep her warm in the winter.
