There are so many people to thank. First and foremost beginning with the owner of Baystate Fuel Oil Inc., Leonard Bruso. Baystate Fuel Oil is a family owned business that I have been a customer of for over 35 years. Without Lenny and his team, none of this would have been possible.

This has been an overwhelming experience for me. I can't begin to put into words how grateful I am to everyone involved. Thanks to Oil Heat Cares, the nonprofit organizations connected with them, the equipment suppliers, service technicians and especially max and his team.

Lenny and his team have always offered professional, friendly services from a family owned business who treat you like you are a part of their family. I will always be indebted to him and his family for choosing me for the recipient of a new furnace.

I hope that this letter communicates to all that were involved how truly grateful I am to all of you. You will be especcialy thought of on the cold winter days to come.
